The Challenge
This colorful and trendy Miami-based nail polish and cosmetics brand recently gave its brand a well-deserved facelift. While they primarily sold their products on Amazon and CVS pharmacies, they faced a challenge in gathering customer information to enhance lifetime value (LTV) and foster brand loyalty. To address this, they took the next step and created their own Shopify e-commerce platform. However, after the launch, they realized they were missing a distinct brand voice that would truly resonate with their audience as well as convert them from visitors to customers.
The Solution
Milk Media did a Customer Sentiment Analysis using phone and email interviews to gather data and understand how customers see Eternal. This allowed our team to build a roadmap to Eternal's product detail pages (PDP), revamp website and brand marketing strategies, and refine communication approaches. Our copywriters filled 394 website pages with captivating SEO-friendly content that would effectively communicate the brand's unique value proposition, enhance customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to their conversion rate. Our team also improved some of the pages’ layouts, adding key information, calls to action, and storytelling.
